How does people believing in conspiracy theories affect the energy of all that is?
Posted by admin as conspiracy theories
I am not denying that all is not as it seems, but my question is if ones "upsets" themself while being informed, how does this affect that being "energetically".
Does "buying" into conspiracy theories actually give them more energy, and what does this take energy away from?
Some time ago i made the choice to fall away from these kinds of possibilities, though i've dipped back in a couple of times (old habits die hard)…i saw how easily my own energy was stirred into small and large frenzies toward the powers that be. i finally decided to stop subscribing to and reading the newspaper cover to cover and to stop watching the news on tv. That decision has rewarded me far more than i could have imagined, for i no longer spin my wheels in disgust and anger at that which is beyond my control. The media have become an art form, slick and capable of presenting only doomsday news to hold people in thrall to the vast empires of systems (legal, educational, social, cultural, medical, insurance, pharmaceutical, advertising, automotive, fashion, etc.) that invade every aspect of our lives. i knew that if i left the hungry throngs, only something good would come of it. This is not to say that i don't see "headlines" (on the internet), but i am no longer held captive by them, and i can pick and choose to know or not know, as it suits MY purposes, not the media's purposes. i have chosen to focus on myself as the only means of change to benefit the world; it is my inner being (and the inner beings of all humanity) that most affects the condition of the world. When i dwell in fear, i add more fear to mass fear. When i dwell in Love, i add more Love to mass Love. "Buying into" anything increases its energy…so why not invest in (buy into) that which serves humanity, rather than investing in that which adds to negativity and fear? The "information" we take in from the external builds our own forms, energizing them positively or negatively…we are, after all "in form" and have the option of being aligned with (in formation with) mass fear consciousness or with All That Is, our sacred Divine. i do not hide from mass fear consciousness, am fully aware of all the harm and violence and controls that are in place…but, i am not controlled by this "awareness." i choose to place my energy on dissolving the false ego (which thrives on fear) and building an open, willing, accepting consciousness that realizes Source is in charge. i can only go with the flow and be in the Now, aligning with All That is…it is what it is.

I think this is a type of negative energy and it depends on what one does with it. For some, it could give them energy to act to right a wrong. Others, it drains them. Any negative energy not handle in a constructive manner is damaging to the one projecting and/or harboring it as well as to those in their sphere of influence. I think this kind of energy can suck energy from those around them.

When people believe in conspiracy theories, it gives them a sense of inside knowledge, which they tend to find empowering, and an explanation for events which vex them. It also links them to a group they can feel part of, which they may need due to the unhappiness they feel has been caused.
I would say it would take energy from looking into the processes behind what is really going on, which would probably be things like the world being a very big place with seemingly random events. I think the big issue with conspiracy theories is not whether they're true but what can be done about a world in which they are either possible or people need to believe in them.

Energy is not being used in the correct context, here. I doubt that thinking burns calories to any meaningful extent.. Any rational person can conclude whether or not a conspiracy is taking place, unfortunately not all people are rational, those that are not are likely to reason more into the situation than really exists.

Conspiracy theories can be interesting, but alot of them are dead-end, self-referential belief systems that lead to a lot of people spinning their wheels uselessly. But then some of them turn out to be true…

Perhaps, this calls for elaboration of Albert Einstein's erstwhile unwritten corollary, which is: -E = MC2.
Notice that there is a minus sign before the E, therefore it means it is Negative Energy, or to expound further:
Negative Energy Equals Mass Conspiracies Squared.
To illustrate, we have say ten percent of the class who decided to engage in mass conspiracy and move the wall clock forward 45 minutes, before their professor comes to the door. He would ask the class if the clock is right, and the conspirators would say it is correct, before any honest guy comes forward. So, that leaves only minutes left for him to delivery another boring lecture. Thus, a negative energy produces a positive energy, because that leaves the whole class time for computer games and chatting.

I do not think it is a matter of give and take when it comes to energy and believing in conspiracy theories. It is a matter of what you focus on and what you focus on and have a charged emotion about, you draw into your experience.
I have a friend who is big into conspiracy theories. Several years ago my friend rented a house from a retired CIA professional. It turned out the landlord (CIA guy) was a bit of a voyeurer. He had tapped my friend's phone lines and who knows what else. My friend realized this and would say things on purpose - to test if he was really listening.and see if he would react and he would.
Because her energy was so focused and charged with emotions having to do with conspiracies etc she indeed attracted her own drama. My friend hated that the landlord did this, but she likes the puzzles and having things be behind the scenes.

More anxiety I would say not energy. Anxiety can appear like more energy because one may work fast or be rushing in their activities due to fear. But really it is depleting ones energy and eventually burning out ones adrenals. All this is fear based and no one can be happy meditating on all this nonsense. Whether it is true of false, whats the use? Those who are attracted to negativity or weak minded will be effected by the vibration of those persons.
I put my mind to God also known as Krishna, Allah, Jehovah, Vishnu, Rama, etc.

Yes buying into a conspiracy theory gives the theory more 'credence' and it takes away the belief in truth.

as long as you know that it is just a probability. after all, it's just theories. you know…bringing spare tires in your car does not mean that you will have flat tire. it's called precautionary cause.
it does not take your positive energy or you being negative thus should not bring along spare tire in your car.

not much since most energy is positive and is non-conspiracy.

Whether or not an issue is a conspiracy theory is a matter of opinion.
For example, the official story of 9-11 has very little or no evidence to support it and has been changed numerous times to fit with the apparent facts, yet it is accepted as truth by most people, principally because the powers that be say so.
Conversely the so-called conspiracy theorists of the 9-11 truth movement have amassed huge amounts of evidence that contradicts the official story of 9-11, but most people dismiss it as nonsense conspiracy theories because it goes against what the powers that be say.
I think a person's energy or power is restricted when they don't allow themselves to think outside the box which is formed and presented to them by those who would lord it over them. And analyzing all information objectively and without preconceptions is the true road to personal freedom.

Astro the truth is that there is a conspiracy in almost everything because everything that is conceived in the ulterior is a motive to fulfill the external reality. At the same time we have our own agendas. Until we realize that life and our existence has more to do with the internal concept rather than the external one, the idea of some other entity plotting against us will disturb us. Here is the folly in all of this. There are those who claim that others conspire against us while suggesting that we either accept whatever will affect us negatively or physically carry out the deeds on the behalf of the conspirators. I think the problem with most of us is that we have given up our internal power for the marvel of what seems to be esoteric. A major disempowerment. Peace.
