wrap steel in concrete, that is the best ive heard for ages.I work as a steel fire insulator and ive never heard of wrapping steel in concrete, it is done with a fine exspanding polymer that is sprayed on then immediatly exspands, and yes the top floors fell but it stopped because the fireproofing kicked in and the twin towers steel were totally covered in this spray every 5 yrs,so no way wud the towers have fallen.
